Despite living in Thailand, David is making significant progress in his career as a real estate agent and recently closed a deal worth $1.3 million in the United States, but they recently faced a scary situation.
David and Annie posted a video on Instagram providing an update on the earthquake that affected Southeast Asia, including Bangkok. David reported that “a 7.7 earthquake hit Myanmar,” which is approximately 248 miles from Bangkok, but the effects of the earthquake were felt throughout Southeast Asia “from China to Vietnam.” He added, “Bangkok has had significant damage,” with a construction site collapsing and 83 workers still trapped underneath. David reassured fans, saying, “We’re fine and we thank you so, so much!” They are currently located 80 miles away from Bangkok and didn’t personally feel the tremors.

The couple welcomed their baby in the country and likely completed the process of obtaining Thai citizenship for their child. It would be logical for them to return to Arizona. While Thailand has been cost-effective for David and Annie, they prioritize their safety above all else. Additionally, the 90 Day Fiancé couple appears to be financially stable, as David has reached several career milestones in recent months.
