The arrest took place less than a month after the couple celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary. Online records (via Monsters&Critics) from the Los Angeles Superior Court showed that Mahmoud was arrested at 1:30, booked at 2:50, and released around 8:40 p.m. local time.

A different sign next to Mahmoud read, “Spark safety, not wildfires.” He removed the comments from the post so fans couldn’t ask him more questions about his relationship. It appears the car in the background was Nicole’s, even if she wasn’t a part of Mahmoud’s happy selfie.
By March, 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? fans had more reasons to believe Mahmoud was living in America. Reddit user paperairplane77 came across a video on social media that gave away Mahmoud’s location. They shared a screenshot of the Reel where Mahmoud stood smiling as two other men were talking about something. Still, this doesn’t seem to solve the mystery of whether Mahmoud is still with Nicole despite everything.
