Emmerdale spoilers have revealed a week of drama, with peril for some characters and secrets being unveiled for others.

A character’s betrayal is finally brought to light by a family member, leading to heartbreaking repercussions. There’s also an incorrect diagnosis at the local surgery, and a medical emergency leaves a character in a dire situation.

Another resident finds themselves in handcuffs, while love blossoms elsewhere. Meddling is on the cards too, along with a significant progression for one established couple.

One of the main plots for the upcoming week involves Vanessa Woodfield uncovering her sister Tracy Robinson’s clandestine theft. She has been pilfering from Eric Pollard’s shop till for weeks, concealing her financial struggles from those close to her.

As she continues to pocket money, she feels remorse when Eric notices the missing cash and blames himself. When she eventually confesses to Vanessa, her sister apologises for being oblivious to her financial difficulties, reports the Mirror.

Vanessa even gives her money to replace what was stolen from Eric, which Tracy does while manipulating him into believing he was the one who misplaced it. However, her secret is revealed when an intoxicated and irate Vanessa confronts Tracy and informs Eric about her deceit.

Eric promptly dismisses Tracy in front of everyone – but what will her next move be?

Meanwhile, Sarah Sugden and newcomer Kammy find themselves in trouble. After stealing her grandfather’s car keys for a joyride, Sarah’s ex, Jacob Gallagher, has other plans.

Unaware of Sarah’s involvement, he alerts the police after spotting the car and Kammy behind the wheel. PC Swirling later stops Sarah on a rural road while she’s driving it, and insists on checking the boot.

She is subsequently arrested, but will he be alright?

Amidst this, Jacob is shocked to find Kammy and Sarah together, realising he’s been sidelined. However, things take a turn for the worse when he has an allergic reaction at the surgery.

Before this incident, medical professional John Sugden raises concerns at work when he mistakenly misdiagnoses Kerry Wyatt due to distraction. Liam Cavanagh confronts him about his recent errors and decides to conduct a review, causing John to confide in his sister Victoria Sugden.

But when Jacob, who has a nut allergy, accidentally drinks the wrong coffee, he goes into anaphylactic shock and panics when he can’t find his AAI pen. He loses consciousness, and it’s up to John to act quickly to save him – but will he be able to?

Kim Tate resumes her meddling next week, attempting to keep Dawn Taylor and Billy Fletcher’s relationship steady. Lastly, Gabby Thomas and Vinny Dingle make a significant move following a close call.

Kim carelessly leaves her firearm near young Thomas, who starts playing with it. Gabby comes home to find this and is horrified, berating Kim, who is taken aback by Gabby’s subsequent actions.

Gabby, Thomas and her partner Vinny make the decision to move into the Dingles’ residence, but she quickly finds herself at odds with Sam Dingle. In response, Sam attempts to involve Kim, resulting in her offering Gabby the Dale View house.
