The store clerk who helped her was shocked by Amy’s list of ingredients: onion powder, ranch powder, garlic powder, vanilla, and creole seasoning, for starters. “It’s like regular Alfredo, just add chocolate chips,” Amy told the dubious store clerk. The dish sounded questionable, but Amy was determined. She also wanted to do things her way.
