Sophie Sierra revealed many exciting changes during the 90 Day: The Last Resort season 2 tell-all, including that she went under the knife for plastic surgery.

The U.K. native revealed that since filming 90 Day: The Last Resort season 2, which wrapped in April 2024, she underwent a breast augmentation.
The 90 Day Fiancé alum first told her fans about the procedure in a December 2024 TikTok.
“I got these done!” the reality TV personality said while pointing to her new implants in the video clip, which showed her wearing a low-cut top to flaunt her new chest.
Sophie explained that she decided to go through with the procedure after losing a significant amount of weight.
“I got them done because I lost almost 30 pounds,” she explained. “I’ve always had a large chest but when I lost the weight, they literally disappeared. And I’m not used to being flat-chested personally. That’s kind of just what I’m used to. So I just kind of wanted my size back.”
In another post, she revealed that wrapping up filming 90 Day: The Last Resort was a key motivator for her weight loss as it forced her to make strides to become the “best version of herself.”
“I have struggled with body image the majority of my life, but I am finally in a place where I have a great relationship with food & working out,” she told her Instagram followers later that month. “I now love and accept myself just how I am, whether I’m heavier or skinner, because at the end of the day as long as I am healthy and happy that’s all that matters.”
What Other Plastic Surgery Procedures Has Sophie Sierra Confessed to?
When Sophie made her TLC debut on 90 Day Fiancé season 10 in October 2023, she directly addressed rumors about whether she had undergone cosmetic procedures.
“I haven’t had any facial surgeries,” the reality TV personality responded in an Instagram Q&A. “I have had lip filler tho.”
She later slammed claims of having undergone body modifications to enhance her butt, after her 90 Day: The Last Resort costar Natalie Mordovtseva accused her of having a “plastic ass”
Sophie said the accusations were untrue and called out the Ukraine native for talking about her body. “She definitely shouldn’t be talking rubbish about me, behind my back,” the TLC alum explained in a private confessional during a December 2024 episode. “We’re here for our relationships so what she’s doing, it’s giving insecure, mean girl energy.”

Sophie also began selling waist trainers in 2025, which she said was how she achieved her hourglass figure. “My waist trainers that helped get me snatcheddd now in stock,” she advertised in February 2025.
Hours after the product hit shelves, 90 Day Fiancé season 11 star Amani Jlassi slammed Sophie for not being “honest” with her followers and claimed her product was misleading as she accused the U.K. native of also undergoing plastic surgery to achieve her figure.
“I swear, I try to keep my mouth shut but I can’t! Why can’t you be transparent to your followers that you got a BBL? Which includes lipo 360,” Amani wrote via her Instagram Stories. “During recovery, you’re advised to wear [a] corset for best results. And yes, the gym and diet are to maintain results.”
The mom of two said “no f–king corset” on its own would recreate Sophie’s figure, adding, “Just be honest, it may not make you money but will create loyalty and respect in your fan base.”
Sophie clapped back at the claims and called out the TLC newbie for using her for “clout.”
“Looll looks like one of the new women from the new 90 day season tryna use my name for clout,” Sophie wrote via her Instagram Stories. “Baby, find your own motion, you don’t need to bring another woman down for some followers. It’s OK, you’ll get your time too.”
She continued, “Seems like a theme at this point, with women on this show talking s–t about my body. Women who are secure, don’t worry about other women’s bodies … good luck with your new season although [it] doesn’t seem to be going too well if you’re already resorting to using other cast for clout.”
