90 Day Fiancé star Darcey Silva and her sister Stacey are no strangers to plastic surgery.

But even longtime viewers of the TLC franchise were left shocked by Darcey’s recent appearance at the 90 Day: The Last Resort reunion special.

The 50-year-old looked completely unrecognizable at the taping compared to when she first joined the reality TV franchise back in 2017.

Her features were noticeably different, with the reality star now having extremely plump cheeks, much fuller lips, and a large, protruding chin.

Darcey’s new look sparked a frenzy on social media, with some viewers comparing her to the late Jocelyn Wildenstein, who was known as ‘Catwoman’ thanks to her cat-like eyes.

‘She’s going to end up like the cat lady,’ one user wrote.

‘I was shocked when I saw her,’ said another, while a third added, ‘Lovely lady real shame she thought she wasn’t beautiful before because she was.’

Her latest transformation comes after the mom-of-two and her twin sister Stacey returned to Istanbul in Turkey for another round of plastic surgery.

The sisters documented the trip on social media and listed the various procedures they had done during the jaunt.

Their surgeries on the trip included brow lifts, liposuction, skin tightening lasers, and even ab etching.

Darcey and Stacey have long documented their plastic surgery journey on their self-titled TLC series.

Several years ago, the siblings memorably flew to Turkey to get breast lifts, bigger implants, liposuction, buccal fat removal, a lip lift, nose jobs, and veneers.

They admitted in one episode that their insecurities around their appearance stemmed from being bullied at school when they were younger.

In an interview with The Sarah Fraser Show, the pair said that going under the knife was ‘the best decision’ they had ever made.

‘We started when we were 35, and that was Botox and a little lip filler,’ Stacey said.

‘Then we went for it in our 40s. No shame in what we do,’ she added.

In 2022, Darcey and Stacey took their sisterhood to a whole new level by getting orgasm shots – a procedure that involves a vaginal injection and encourages tissue regeneration and increased blood flow.

They documented the outrageous procedure on 90 Day Fiancé.

‘The O-shot is an injection of platelet-rich plasma,’ a doctor explained to them in the episode.

‘I like to think of it as if there’s a stale hot dog bun that you have been leaving out on the table for a few days.

‘It might need a little bit more flour, a little more yeast, a little more water that you can add to keep that hot dog bun a little spongey, ready for its hot dog.’

As the doctor inserted the syringe filled with ‘liquid gold’ into the vaginal wall, Darcey squeezed a stress ball, squirming in pain.

After a few moments of deep breathing and gasps, the painful procedure was over and the whole crew cheered.

Darcey then spoke about the procedure to the camera.

‘The O-shot feels like your lips are swollen, your whole vagina is like one big ball,’ she explained.

According to Aesthetic Gynecology, the vaginal injection uses plasma harnessed from the patient’s blood, and is inserted into the vagina and clitoris.

There are many benefits of the O-shot including: enhancement in libido and sexual desire, heightened vaginal and clitoral sensitivity contributing to a stronger orgasms, decreased urinary incontinence and improved vaginal lubrication.

It is also said to reduce pain during intercourse, increase ability to experience a G-spot orgasm and enhance the skin on the vulva.

The cost of the procedure can range anywhere between $1,200 to $1,500.

Darcey first shot to fame in 2017 in the hit 90 Day Fiancé spin-off Before The 90 Days.

After starring in the first three seasons of the spin-off, Darcey landed her own show with her twin sister called Darcey & Stacey.

The series ran for four seasons before getting cancelled in 2023, but the pair are still very much part of the 90 Day Fiancé franchise.
