‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Monday, September 9: Nate and Audra Tell Devon They’re Together; Lily Demands her CEO Position in Writing from Victor

Devon Winters (Bryton James) will find himself caught off guard when Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) reveal they are involved in a non-committed relationship. Devon, known for his judgmental nature, won’t be thrilled by this news and may start to question if Nate is still the right fit as his trusted right-hand man. It seems Devon can’t resist passing judgment, especially when it comes to matters of the heart.

Meanwhile, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) continues his manipulative game with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). Victor is digging for every piece of information she has on Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) while planning to discard her when she’s no longer useful. But Lily is not naive; she’s well aware of Victor’s scheming ways and is holding out for a guaranteed CEO position—signed and sealed. Even if she secures that, everyone knows Victor is a master of finding loopholes and could still manage to wriggle out of any agreement.

Monday’s episode promises an entertaining scene as Nate and Audra cross paths with Devon, perhaps by chance. Knowing Nate and Audra, they might use this opportunity to gauge Devon’s reaction to their unconventional arrangement. Unsurprisingly, Devon won’t be pleased, but he might hold his tongue—for now.

However, it wouldn’t be shocking if Devon takes his disapproval to a more serious level, perhaps questioning Nate’s judgment for getting involved with Audra. This tension could potentially create a rift between them. Once again, it’s Devon’s judgmental streak that seems to ignite conflict, but it’s unlikely he’ll ever see his role in it.
